• Market volatility can result in rapid capital loss.
• AI Trading Bots operate based on algorithmic models that may not predict anomalous market events.
• Copy Trading relies on the performance of third-party traders which is not guaranteed.

04 Fees & Payment Terms

Service fees, withdrawal charges, and performance-based commissions are applied according to our standard fee schedule. We reserve the right to adjust fees with 30 days notice to active participants.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method (typically 24-48 hours) and are subject to mandatory security verification protocols.

05 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldenspring Markets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
